We're putting together a really great class. I truly hope Fields
pans out at QB so all this receiving talent doesn't go to waste.

I am with you. We are putting a lot of faith in Fields. Hope he
can meet the challenges and expectations.

Fields will be rookie this season if he starts. I'm guessing
Carbone is the backup so some progress at QB but still shaky .

You can't go by those rankings because 247 doesn't have the
whole SBU list only 4 of them if they had the whole class we
       would be ranked higher

I spoke with a few redshirts during one of the Suffolk playoff
games. One was a receiver, and they all said what campi had
reported about Fields that it took him until mid season to pick
up the offense. At mid point the team was still in it and they
didn't want to burn the redshirt. They all said that Fields is
the real deal with a big arm. As far as backup QB they told me
that the coaches really like Cassidy and don't be surprised if
he is the backup. Cassidy had picked up the offense during
summer camp. Just some insight from the kids who are on the
       field with them.
