I am hopeful we can get a supportive crowd at this game; i will
be there & ready to roll at the Sports center w a tent.....
This is a statement game.....

Another tough game for SBU. Towson almost beat Richmond, losing
31-28.

I watch the game & Richmond lost there #! LB in that game and
had another D player go down. They had no pass rush at all
against Towson; if you shut down number 25# you have very little
vertical treat.
The love to run the ball but very east to read; your D line & LB
will half to fill in off tackle & the love to run off the edge
on miss direction. The DE & OLB will half to not buy into motion
& keep the out side contained.
Towson D back field so terrible against the pass; this were we
can do our damage; they play the run very effective in the
middle. SBU will need to control the edge & run outside against
Towson.
We could have a new wrinkle this week that could help a
lot....... I be there to cheer.

3 Days to this match up; things to win..
Shut down #25 go to guy 50% of the time & almost always on 3rd
down & long.
Don't get trick into chasing misdirection runs; stay put don't
give up the edge & shut down strong inside run.
The offence will have a difficult time running inside on this
team very strong & ML & IL play very tight D. But there is
weaknesses in the team D & it was evident in the Richmond game.
Towson is going to bring the pressure & we half to get rid off
the ball very quickly; i would to see a little of the read
offence. If they bring pressure him hard with quick short passes
on the edge.
This team has a lot of weapons; we need to use them all & keep
Towson gusesing.
I be there rain or not... will be tailgating up by the Towson
Rec center parking lot; you can call & reserve for $10.00 & it's
only 2 blocks from the entrance.
See Ya at Towson.....

I am watching the game tonight, but not sure if i can refrain
myself from throwing the remote at the TV, specifically at coach
P and Carbone!!

bedell slashing. his acceleration is tops. for those who saw
that final td, i think it was trips right, RB choice.
a game of different drives. some great, some awful. nice road
win. nearly blew it.

Not pretty. But any conference road win is big. Put it in your
back pocket and get out of town. The team cannot afford to come
out with the same lack of focus next week as the Sacred Heart
game. Hopefully since it is Homecoming that will help. SBU needs
to show Rhody early that it is going to be a long day.
