Peaceful Hoosier: Great info; thanks. One big question I have
concerns viewing the game. Does IU stream their home games on
their basketball site? I know that the game is on the Big Ten
Network, but since I don't have that, I'm hoping that I can just
buy the game and watch on the web. Any info you have is greatly
appreciated.....! Also, for what it's worth, I think Pikiell
goes with Bracey/Brenton up front tomorrow, bringing the
       "bigger" bigs off the bench...

If you don't get the Big Ten Network I guess there are three
       options to look into:
       1. Go to a watering hole with DirecTV - Mr. Obvious, I know.
       2. www.bigtennetwork.com offers live streaming. You can sign up
for a month by month membership, but I think for one team (you'd
obviously pick Indiana) it is 14.99 - a rip off if you ask me.
They constantly have issues with the stream and it just hasn't
gone well from the experience of many fans. Perfect example was
our exhibition game last Saturday night - the feed didn't come
on until about halfway through the first half.
Something you can try: some people had luck with this, others
didn't. This is an expired code for a free month
       BTDN3FR33
It worked for me and they didn't charge my credit card, but they
did charge others and those folks called the next day, canceled
their membership and got a refund (we didn't know the code was
       expired at the time).
       3. On this same line, I think the bigtennetwork stream is
actually through www.cbssports.com and their video and in the
past they have offered a pay per view for like 5.99 or 6.99 -
       worth looking into.
Unfortunately that's all the help I can give on that front.
Again, another warning about BTN.com's flaws - hopefully all the
calls they got from IU fans last weekend woke them up a little
bit. My advice would be to check into the pay per view option
on cbssports.com and see if the game will be on there.

Coach had some great things to say about Stony Brook and so did
       a few of our players.
Crean says Stony Brook is exactly the type of team Indiana needs
to play in their non BCS out of conference schedule - teams that
have experience and will challenge for their league title.
Victor Oladipo was a teammate of Marcus Rouse at Dematha and
said he expects a "high-level competitive game."
Crean says 6 or 7 guys are in the mix to start, again my money
is on Hulls, Jones, Sheehey, Watford, Zeller but Elston and
Oladipo could see get a start in place of Watford as he is still
a bit out of condition coming back from a slight injury at the
       beginning of practice this year.
Just cannot wait to get the season started. Will be flipping to
the MSU-UNC game when I get the chance - that should be pretty
       damn cool (go State!).

Thanks for the info; lot of great games tonight throughout the
country. Tough for Stony Brook to win the game, but I expect
them to keep it close. Actually, they are probably the more
experienced team, which should count for something. I'm
probably more impressed by the recent recruiting success; I've
seen both Warney and Puriefoy play more than once, and they are
certainly capable of playing with the top players in the 2012
       class.....

I now have somewhere to watch the game, so I'll try and post a
       review later tonight/tomorrow.
