I agree with SeaWolf, if the Holmes cant make it to SB due to
academic issues, then the incoming Frosh QB has to get a shot at
starting. Carbone will not get it done this season.

The reason TE Jerome Washington still hasn't signed with Rutgers
is because they want him to walk on and use a 2017 scholarship
because at this time they don't have a 2016 scholarship
available so that is why SBU is still in the running for his
services
All of you should try and get up to the 7 on 7 competition at
SBU on July 23 as there will be at 18 HS from the tri-state area
competing and will give you a peek at some the better HS players

Wake up; the TE is not coming to SBU & deal with the QB issue
we have on this team.....don't count on it. We were in the
bottom 5 in the league w passing yards.
Rutgers will offer him somethingsince they have already lost
there star TE; he transfered.
Rutgers is were he wanted to go beofroe Miami.
Don't have a blind eye to the issue pending on this team; OL is
young & hopeful they improve with the transfer from WV. If you
think we our in good hands with the Soph QB you are in for a
long season; he needs another year to work on his technquie.
I also notice we have an issue DL; someone going to half to fill
in at DE position.

If they can get a stud TE then whoever the QB is will be that
much better and another if you are so smart then why aren't you
coaching because you WANT TO KNOW WHY BECAUSE IT'S EASY TO BE A
MONDAY MORRNING QB WHEN YOU DON'T HAVE TO ANSWER TO ANYONE COACH
P IS A LOT BETTER COACH THEN ANY OF YOU AND I BELIVE WHOEVER THE
QB IS THIS YEAR THAT THEY WILL BE AT LEAST A 7-4 TEAM AND MAYBE

If we don't get Quarterback, Ben Holmes, SB will 4-7, if we are
lucky!!!!

Almost the same situation as last season. Big question at QB and
no real plan. I will stick with my prediction of 5-6 for the
season .

Holmes did not make grades; i was told he wasn't coming to SBU.

I find it unbelievable coach P cant find us a good Quarterback.
This is what happens when you throw all your eggs in one
basket.. I watched carbone throw at the Spring game. He did not
improve from last season, his accuracy was horrible and he is
prone to interceptions. He still has tunnel visions and locks in
on one receiver..
Looks like another crappy season once again under the leadership
of coach P, unless he can quickly find another transfer
quarterback to fill the void left by Holmes!!!
