Happy to see we open on ESPN 3 . Toledo doesn't sound that
strong so maybe we steal a win out there.

Toledo has been in bowl games the last 2 years...they are a well
coach team.

I watched the Stony Brook interviews. Not any real surprises,
as you might expect.
I'm somewhat disappointed that SBU has been predicted to finish
8th. Call me an optimist, but I think they should be a lot
better than that!! Maybe the low prediction will give the team
fuel to grow a big chip on its shoulder!! One can only hope.
On a brighter note, nice to see Ochi and Cheeseboro make the
preseason all-conference team. I actually would have thought
that Bedell would have had a shot as well. I did think that he
(Bedell) represented the team and the university very well
during the interview.

I found it odd in Coach P's media day interview for him to say
on the one hand that we have an experienced QB returning, and
then on the other hand say "but he is still recovering from off
season surgery and will not be 100% for another month". I mean,
who says that to the media. just keep your mouth shut about the
status of players recovering from off season surgeries. that's
just crazy to be blabbing that stuff out there.

Agree.....
It allow the teams that you are going to play to set there D to
be more aggressive to put pressure on the QB. I would of said;
he looking great coming off surgery.
