2015 Stony Brook Seawolves Football Season

I happened to notice that the roster for Spring ball has been
posted on the Athletics website. So, I thought this might be an
appropriate time to start this thread. Hopefully, I haven't
crushed anyone's toes.
Anyhow, in reviewing the roster I was surprised that a number of
players were notable by their absence, as follows, and wondered
whether any of you guys who are close to the program could shed
any light on this. The missing players are as follows:
--Omar Boothe
--Charlie Paul
--Troy Manheimer
--Nick Wagner (Note: I had thought he showed some game
occasionally)
--Raymond Jones (Note: I thought he was supposed to be a hot
prospect, and was looking forward to seeing him play)
--Fifi Familusi

Thanks Chrissy. I certainly hope Jones is still with the

unfortunately bball season ended a week or two too early. but
on the good side of things, we can now focus on football and the
upcoming spring 2015 football program.

So going on with the punching bags in the winter workout videos?
Is that commonplace for offseason workouts, or are they trying
something new?

spring football starts next Tuesday. I understand that Carlos
Hernandez will be the No. 1 QB at this time as Bednarski is
still on the mend from his off-season shoulder surgery. he was
injured in the second half of the Albany game. we should see a
lot of Carbone and Irwin at QB this spring also.

anyone want to start a Spring football 2015 thread? awfully
quiet out there recently. Spring football starts tomorrow.
some in-person reports would be appreciated from those of us
that don't live local. and here is something that you might all

Do we know which coaches were lost and have the positions been
filled in time for spring football?
I did see that Cody Fisher is now on the staff, is he one of the
new coaches?
