The Chairman buys a precious stone...

to all my friends and cohorts here on the forum- some of who ive
met, some who i feel like ive met, i wanted to get the word out
to you. the Chairman and the Chairwoman are now engaged to be
married!
while i didnt meet the Chairwoman at SB (we met in the city), i
was out one fateful night in 2009 with some younger cohorts,
carousing around the city after a Knicks game. after locating
the unsuspecting future Chairwoman, the Chairman decided she
needed to be added to the board of directors, and she was
eventually promoted to executive management on April 20th, 2014
(her birthday).
so why am i posting this here? i was out that night in 2009
with a fellow SB athlete, whose idea it was to go out that night
and also to that very establishment.
so without SB, there may not have been a Chairwoman... :-\

Congrats Chairman!!! I wish you both all the best, and even
though she's not an alum, I hope she'll share and enjoy your

thank you thank you thank you, and yes, i bring her out all the
time, and make her watch games at home too.
so i guess i have SB to thank for this!
