Manhattan vs SB 3/18 6pm

i know nothing about manhattan as ive lost touch with this
program. what i can tell you is that they are struggling this
year and it hasnt been close- i think they are 1-6. theyve
struggled to score and
at times have kept teams to 10 or less.
we are getting them in the middle of a road stretch, where they
havent won yet outside of their home field. 46' with possible
showers. coverage is here:

there's been more talk about how well rooney has done while
intermittently shifting into midfield. this allows sichenzia to
come on attack and creates a problem for teams that double pole
hughes and rogers. i really think that all of this is a result
of schultz stepping up into a more ball handling role, while
easty stays inside.
i think they can go on a tear here and win 5 in a row. and
bryant again showed how you can defeat albany. GO SB

I agree, I think Rooney bouncing back and forth is a plus.
Remember 2 yrs ago he scored most of his goals from the
midfield. I personally would like to see him stay there. I think
the offense runs better with him at midfield and Sichenzia on
attack. With Shultz feeding and scoring you can afford to play
him there. Also with Sichenzia and Rooney on the field at the
same time it gives them a lot more speed on the offensive end.

Than you could put Andreassi to D-Mid...that would help the
transition game too...I just can't see coach doing that to his
1st SB recruit and his handpicked captain

looks like Hofstra and SJU (we play them Sat) are locked in a
9-9 tie just after half.
And someone wrote that Cernuto is out:

looks like mcardle got the OT winner at home to defeat Hofstra.
The Dutch are pretty good this year, and SJU pulled that off
sans-Cernuto.
Also Fairfield just beat Massachusetts.

on the AETV feed, the camera girls didnt know the microphone was
on... ???
just as i was thinking- how did we give up 5 first quarter goals
to Manhattan yet keep Maryland to a one goal quarter? and then
we shut out the jaspers for the most part in the 2nd half.
our EMO struggled, which was our strength! 0 of 5.
lets get two in a row now. GO SB
