one big negative today was blowing the 15 point lead down the
stretch. sound familiar? AE finals a couple of years ago...
puriefoy is on top of his game. how fitting that he finished
the game with a finger roll over the bigs. we really broke away
in the early second half and played shut down defense. i think
they only put in a few baskets during that period.
watching the nwakamma/warney matchup is fun. nwakamma is a
talented, hard nosed player.
i normally rag on any team that gets into three trouble- but not
the story today- 58% from threeland is NBA #s. on the other
hand, i normally rag on teams that get into three trouble.
hartford 10/28. thats 30 points scored, but 36 missed
opportunities in a five point game.
we need to cover wroe closer on the perimeter. he didnt even
hit a two; but he hit 7 threes. and we gave him 9 shots from
back there.
warney's skyhook from the baseline was money in the second half.
our depth is showing the last two games so good personnel
decisions from Pikiell. bring on the albany great pains!

Great win but we were slipping into our mental funk. This
team should be just as good or better next season with Warney,
Walker, Puriefoy and Nyamma all back. Now to beat the Great
Danes in our house! Mc Grew is a diamond in the rough-key
points and rebounds again tonight.

McGrew in spurts this season has been great. I think he'll be
important to how we fare on Saturday, and I think he's going to
fill in for McAllister nicely next season.

mcgrew certainly making the case for a starting spot next year.
agreed that we have seen him in short spurts, now lets look for
consistency.
the Estonians take down the Albanians to close out the Prit and
get the first NCAA Division I bid, how fitting. 72-57

hoops go to championship game, men's lax plays #1 team well,
women's lax wins big, and baseball takes three in a row.
