Hernandez has an injured shoulder after being hit hard by two
       defenders last weekend.
I thought Bedell looked very impressive, he wove in and out of
defenders on several plays and broke a 55 yard run.
WRs had some drops on passes that would have increased
       Bednarski's numbers.
Agree, Level and Coxson looked very good, coming back to the
       ball nicely on routes.
O-line needs some work, I heard that we only had one of our
starters out there due to numerous injuries, and it showed with
lots of penalties and a couple sack and hurries on the QB.
The D looks like its jelling into a strong unit, they
       consistently stopped the run game

Our kicking game should improve. There is a freshmen coming in
from Georgia who has two 52 yard FG's under his belt in high
       school.

I think if we stay healthy this season we should finish out with
a winning record and make the playoffs. . Our Offensive needs
some improving, but there is time to correct it. Our Defense is
looking stealth this year and our running backs are stacked
deep. I think it's going to be a very tough decision for coach
Pikiel on who he picks to be our starting QB.

How did all the kickers do this spring? Who is in contention of
       being the starter this year?

I am looking to go to the UCONN game in sept. I've never been to
that stadium and was wondering if I should call UCONN tickets
directly or try SB tickets office and maybe they have a group
ticket thing going on. Who knows best about that and who's
       looking to go!!

The offence has many weapons this season you have 3 good
possession TE that have size & speed & they will be hard to
match up against in a 2 TE package. They have 2 good slot
       receivers & 2 good WR..
Strong at RB; 2 very different style of running.
Offensive line could be an issue if the starters go down.
Defense looks strong & they have depth at Safety; size on the
front line could be an issue in the running game.
The 2011 & 2012 recruits seem to be a tight group; this could be
       a plus the season.

We went through the SBU office for the Army gm 2 yrs ago, so
I'd say that is the way to go.

I'm sure the athletic department will on that. We the Army
tickets through well in time before the game. Planning on going
       to the UConn game myself.

One year transfers do not help build team unity; the transfers
usual come in with a superiority complex from a D1/1A school.
You have players who have worked together for 2 years to get
playing time on the field; this build animosity with the current
       players on the team.
I believe this was a problem on the team last year; I been told
that the current players are a very close nit group.
I am hopeful that Hernandez or Bednarski can lead this team; it
will help this team the next 2 coming years. They need game
time experience; i wish they would of gotten more time in 2012.
Having transfers that plan on being on the team for 2-3 years in
very different; they are able to build relationship with
current players on the team. It took several transfer players
several months to adapt to the team & accept were the fit in
       within the organization.
Recruit well & build within; good organization do this well and
       win...
