I have to disagree with you on that one Lax.. Pikiell did a
great job on defense by not allowing their top 3 point scorer,
Hector Harold from getting the ball. Pikiell was ok with O'Day
getting the ball because he is an inside the paint scorer, not
from the perimeter ..

Probably vermont because they are the favorite to win the AE but
i'm not 100% on that!

what i saw-
our put backs on the O boards were on all night. and we even
got hot with the three at a few short moments. VT had some
trouble under the boards early on and we were able to neutralize
them and pull away.
we built a nice big lead and by the middle of the second half,
we started to lose it on runs. either way, i feel that if the
game went on another minute, we mightve lost...

Pretty sure the tie breaker is RPI ranking. That does not bode
well for us so we need Vermont to lose another league game
somewhere or we need to go to Patrick and win that one. I'm not
too proud - Ill take some help.
I get confounded with our inability to get Warney more scoring
chances. He leads THE NATION in fg percentage! I cannot stand
getting to the end of a game and seeing Jameel and Ahmad having
the same number of shot attempts. It makes me irrationally
insane. This doesn't need saying, but it makes me feel better
to say it - Jameel is unbelievably special. His 18 points and 9
rebounds are ho hum by now - just another day at the office.
Those two blocks down the stretch however are what won the game.
Almost like he figured if his team wasn';t going to get him the
ball he was still going to put it on himself to find a way to
will the team to a win.
I thought in order to win we had to have 2 of our guards play
well offensively. I was wrong. AJ was the only one who had a
good night and we still won. Coley disappeared on offense but
his defense on Vermont was phenomenal. When Vermont was hitting
threes it was invariably King, or Braley, or even Jackson giving
them open looks. It was never Dave.
No slip ups now. Take care of business against Maine and then
get ready for a huge one at Albany wed night.

i love this about our programs. kids are usually very mature
and respect their opponents. represents what a seawolf should
be.
crazy eddie- id love to hear about the atmosphere, and, lets say
if you went to the Bench afterwards, what that was like too. ;D

I though the tie breaker was actually the head-to-head record
against the 3rd best team, 4th best team, 5th beast team, etc...
(oh crap, nvm)
What I said is only true when both top teams have at least two
loses. If they both only have one loss to each other then I
guess it would probably come down to RPI..
