I think we will be more familiar with CAA after a year.
We lost to both UNH and Maine last year.. they are both top FCS
programs.. but we should be able to beat one of the New England
teams this year.. at least at LaValle against Maine.
Towson away will be tough and will be hard to beat them at their
home and most probably an L.
Both JMU and W&M are mid table teams and probably on par with
SBU in strength. We play both at home. We should win at least
one of them based on home field advantage.
Elon went 1-7 in SoCon last year. Its their first year in CAA
and should be an Easy W.
URI has been poor team in CAA last few years and we should
easily beat them at LaValle.
We beat Albany two times in last three years.. but both games
were played at LaValle.. can we beat them at Albany? I think it
will be close hard-fought win.
I will be very happy with a 7-5 (5-3 in CAA) record and some
packed crowd.
Another win in CAA would be excellent 6-2 conference record and
likewise another loss would be a disappointing a 4-4.

North Dakota should be a WIN. this is not the "good" ND team,
the Bison, that won the FCS champ in 2013. this team is a .500
team.

We beat James Madison last year at their place with our walking
wounded. At home we should win that one also.

Will 7-5 get us into the playoffs. I guess not right? If it
doesn't, then ya betta up those predictions because I WANT
PLAYOFFS!
Btw, season ticket renewals are up. You can do the process
entirely online. That's awesome. 22% attendance increase last
year. Can we do another 22% increase and sell out LaValle
Stadium? Maybe...

Should Win
Bryant
American Int
@Elon
Rhode Island
@Albany
Winnable, and probably will
Williams & Mary
James Madison
Winnable, but probably won't
@ North Dakota
@ Towson
Maine
@ New Hampshire
Should Lose
@ UConn
I think we end up 7-5, but I could easily see this swinging
heavily in either direction. I think that 8 wins earns a
playoff spot. Anything less is going to be tight. Gotta admit,
I really like the schedule this year.
