I thought this was an interesting tid bit of history about SB
and UNH
Series: New Hampshire leads the all-time series, 1-0. In Chuck
Priore's third game as head coach at Stony Brook, the Seawolves
fell to the Wildcats, 62-7, in 2006. UNH scored 42 unanswered
points after Anthony Hamilton's 10-yard touchdown run for Stony
Brook. Stony Brook assistant coach Tyler Santucci, a freshman
linebacker in `06, led all players with nine tackles

Too bad but that is the life of a practice squad member on an
NFL team. I hope he gets another shot somewhere else.

Miguel unfortunately will probably be one of the many players
that just falls short of making an NFL roster. That's
unfortunate, he is definitely one of the greatest if not the
greatest player to play in a Stony Brook uniform as of yet. I
wish him luck but I'm doubtful he will make the cut in any team
in the future if at this point he hasn't found any opportunity.
I will continue to actively root for him and wish him the best
in his pursuit. This guy gave it all for the Brook, a great all
around student-athlete.

You think he should just retire? It's a bump in the road.
He'll make it.

No way. I think he should play and make a living out of football
for as long as he can. Why not? Making money from what you enjoy
is the best gift you can have. Even if it means only playing in
a Practice Squad. As long as he is in demand no need to retire.
From my understanding you can make a good salary from being a
squad player

Europe. there are options!

The problem with CFL and the indoor leagues is they don't pay
squat. Maybe the European leagues pay more. He has a diploma to
fall back on too

it would be interesting to find out just what the NFL teams do
not like about Maysonet. I would assume he gets some feedback
from them when they cut him. are the shortfalls something he
can work on and improve, or does he just not have the NFL "it"
factor. time is getting short for him in the NFL. if he can
latch on with a team, I think he will be out of luck come next
season, because there will be a fresh crop of recent college
undrafted RB talent that will be competing with him to land
roster spots in 2014.
