Rich Cimini from ESPN tweeted that the Giants released their
tightend today "that explains why he played the entire game last
night" ..I guess if your going to make the Roster on an NFL
team, it's typical to rest a player on the 4th and final pre
season game. Maybe thats why maysonet did not play. We could
only hope..

If playing the entire game foreshadows being cut (I hope not),
Big Mike Bamiro could be in some trouble here.

Here is the scoop on why we have a scrimmage today and not a
game. This info is from my source who is close to the program.
The Buffalo and BC gms were booked before SB joined the CAA.
Once they jumped to the CAA they did not want to play 2 FBS gms
anymore. They wanted to drop Buffalo and keep BC ( more money
earned playing BC ) but Buffalo would not drop. BC was able to
pick up another gm so that's how that worked out. They did try
to schedule other teams but could not make it work. So next year
expect 12 gms with only 1 FBS gm. With the way things have been
going the last two nights these FBS teams might not be so eager
to schedule FCS teams.

So I guess we won't see games against Cincy and UConn both next
year. They both have us on their 2014 future schedule.

From what I heard if the gm is already booked then one of the
teams would have to agree to drop the gm. If they want to keep
it then we will have to play the two FBS games, but the
preference is to play one.
