Towson gets by connecticut easily 33-18. Get ready guys. As bad
as Uconn played tonight. The CAA is no Joke. This is a preview
of how competitive is this league. Going to a BCS team's home
and beating them in such a way should be an early wake up call
for our program. Take no chances against our new conference
rivals. Our A game every saturday is A MUST!
Lets go Colonial... LETS GO SEAWOLVES

you nailed it. my thoughts exactly about Towson, they are
legit, as are others in the CAA. UConn may have played poorly,
but give Towson some credit, they beat a legit FBS school, just
like we did last year against Army. Seawolves need to be ready
each and every week.

I still can't believe SB is playing a scrimmage game tomorrow
when everyone else is playing their first game.. We really
should be playing Same Houston state. The ACC screwed us
because of some kind of TV deal with BC. Thats my understanding
of why the dumped us, but still, we still had time to find an
alternative school to beat up, I mean play !!!

Damn. Is that your house... That house is a war zone. I wouldn't
wanna be caught between a USC-UCLA rivalry... lol... I like the
SBU banner though, wonderful

it hurts me just to think about it.... That I could've gone to
Chestnut Hill on the labor day weekend and watch a great game...
or at least get a nice game at home in our beautiful campus
prior to the fall. We got neither... I won't be attending
tomorrow, its just too much of a hastle for me (LIRR from NYC)
for a scrimmage but those that do go I hope ya have fun.
I hope this four week gap doesn't take the air out of our
freshman students (potential fans). They are likely to be so
involved in their studies by that time that they probably won't
massively attend the first home game (September 28th) like they
did last year in which had good attendance from our freshmen
students against CCSU... oh well
Lets go Seawolves

Complete garbage. They had plenty of time to get a team in here
for a game. I would have preferred that they went to Sam Houston
for a game ( from what I heard that was the snag, they wanted to
play home this year and travel next ). Get a D2 team in here. If
you want to build a fan base then you have to give them
something to see. I do not care for the two 1pm starts at the
end of the year either. In the early years of LaValle they
played a lot of 1pm gms and the attendance was not there. Once
they started pushing back times to 6pm and 4pm for the later
dates the attendance grew a great deal. Let's hope this is a one
year little set back and we get it right going forward. Lacrosse
you are on notice next, you can't continue to play more road gms
than home and think you are gonna be a legit D1 program. Here is
an idea for Nagel how bout more than 1 or 2 night gms, you have
the facilities let's start using them.

That's right, rooting foe Seawolves from the Left Coast. Agree
with Chrissy, seems like a patriot league team line Lehigh would
have been a perfect fit for Game 1, and these teams had openings
on their schedules back at the time BC dumped us. Heck, I'd
have taken Robert Morris over a scrimmage wit UPenn
