seems like sbu is having issues with the ticketing services. i
just got an email. season tickets are delayed so we wont be
receiving until late august

Yes. everyone who is a season ticket holder will be getting an
explanation to why we still don't have out tickets yet. I was
told SB got a new ticket vending company and they all need to
learn the new system first ... I told Christine she needs
communicate better with ticket holders and stop leaving us
hanging. I sugested she E mail all of us. I guess she got the
hint.. !!

The NFL network had the rerun of the Browns/Rams game Saturday
morning and I got a good look of Miguel playing in the third and
forth quarter... When Miguel came out for the first time the
announcer said he was a tiny little RB from a small school
lol........ He did o.k.. nothing earth shattering but he did
cause a false start resulting in a penalty but so what. He had a
nice catch and run for 9 yards. He had a nice run out of the
back field for nice yards. Hde did make a couple of run mistakes
but all in all not bad..
It was really nice to hear his name on TV and hearing SB mention
in a NFL game. Hopefully we will have more SB Athletes making
the big leagues soon.. i think we will !!!!

Went to the scrimmage today, had a good time. It was pretty hot
but aside from that, gorgeous day. I bought a new camera (no
pricey lens yet) but I like the quality of pictures I'm getting
already with it.

gonna host some of the better pics I took today though.
I can't wait to see Lavalle Stadium packed this year. Three more
weeks to see our first game (I know its a scrimmage but that
doesn't matter to me!).

Thanks guys, this is just a project of passion for me. My one
and only goal is to improve the visibility of the Stony Brook
brand. As a proud alumnus, I want Stony Brook to get better. I'm
working on getting a better lens so I can zoom in for some
better shots in the future.

I think Negron has a chance to do
a fine job, I liked what I saw from him during the scrimmage.
I'm a little upset that work will limit me from attending any
other practices this month. The next time I'll be at LaValle
will probably be for the Penn scrimmage but I'll try to sneak
over there again. Will be putting down my season tix deposit
this week too for basketball/football.
