second team, we'll have solid depth this year. I have no idea
what's up with Bednarski but I haven't seen him throw a pass in
the two scrimmages I went to. I'm always impressed with how big
the O-line is here- Bamiro was the biggest but we have some
serious muscle.

can't wait till the season starts so I can get some real game
action. I'll probably make a Flickr account or something to host
all of my images in full resolution eventually.

Our offensive and defensive lines both look real big in my
opinion. This has to be the biggest defensive line SBU's ever
had. It may not seem that way if you look back at archived
rosters, but they don't embellish on size as much (if at all) as
they used to.

heard through the grapevine that coaching staff plans to
redshirt Bednarski this fall. he is not presently injured, but
did not play on saturday because scrimmage was cut short. as
for the brace on his knee, I looked back at some video from his
days at Fullerton College, he wore a brace there also, so I
doubt he has a knee injury. actually, from What's a Seawolfs
pics, some of the other QBs are wearing protective braces also.
so I dont read anything into this, as its pretty typical for QBs
to wear these braces.
nice to read the complimentary comments about Negron potentially
more than a game manager. that may be exciting

I think SB is not getting the respect it deserves. Just
because we lost a few of our top players to graduation does not
mean we won't perform at the same level or higher as last
season. I think Priore and staff isn't getting the respect he
deserves..... Priore since day one has only made this team
stronger and better year after year. Why would it change now.
We've shown that we can compete with the big boys and not fall
apart, Buffalo being the only big boy who shred us.. We've been
in the Playoffs the past 3 seasons advancing a couple of
rounds..... I just don't get it..
Chuck priore has the skills and resources to take this club to
the next level and the only way we can get that message across
to the FCS is just keep winning games.. Winning games is the
only way we can shut up these critics who thinks we were a "one
hit wonder" !!!!!!!!

Sometimes you have to watch what you wish for and that's gonna
be the case for the CAA. I will say it again the CAA is a
quality conf. but nothing like how they portray themselves. Also
I noticed on some of the bio pics that guy's had on new jersey's
with the CAA patch on them. I looks like they are going with a
red jersey and white number combo. Check it out for yourself,
some pics have the old one's on with the grey around the neck
and the grey numbers.

One of the things I like about Priore is he is a no nonsense guy
and that includes typical coachspeak. He's said he thinks this
years team has more depth than any team he's coached which is
typical coach stuff to say, but I honestly don't think Priore
would say it if he didn't mean it.

I agree with Chrissy, lets keep a low profile, and see how the
momentum builds with the season. I thought the video was pretty
neutral, and definately not derogatory. and I think its true,
the week to week grind in the CAA will be something for the boys
and coaching staff to get adjusted to.

Even with the expanded format for the play offs we have to go
8-3 at least. 7-4 my not make it depending on strength of
schedule. It will be tough but our guys are up to it.

Unless they get an auto-bid with a 7-4 record.
