player. And good to keep it in the family!

Reminds me of McBride- same game. A true finisher, but not
necessarily a crease attacker. Makes living on the wing, steps
up into crease when necessary. He seems to be a right place
right time guy (because he makes it so). But he does more, as
he is comfortable at X. Strength, though, is off ball.
In the videos linked above, he is sometimes inexplicably open-
on the crease no less; a testament to his lax IQ, as only a
FR/SO.
Great shot placement and only a soph. Never puts much on the
ball because he never has to; all of his shots are in close and
the goalie, is, already beaten. Likes the face dodge too, not
sure if that will get him a better shot at the college level
(slides will come early). He does understand the tuck after the
dodge, so no hanging the stick. Yes, this still happens at the
D1 level, mind-boggling.
Also noted he developed the fade away shot and fade away feed;
he can play off the back foot, which will be helpful against the
pressure poles in D1. That can get his hands free and create
feeds. Would like to see more left hand.
Saw some transition, some feeding, some GBs. I like that he,
for a thinner guy (only a soph) isnt afraid to get dirty inside
the crease. Plenty of time to put on 20 lbs of muscle! PS he
is 6' and only 15.
This kid is good. Could be a role player for us (perhaps EMO
early on, with his off-ball style of play). Future is him and
Sheets on attack- not bad!
