We sorely miss Lenny Hayes and Marcus Rouse and that's what
we need. A 6'1 to 6'4 type that can shoot. make free throws and
defend. Get us 8-12 points when we need it. Of course if
another El Amin comes from the Juco ranks that's fine.

Just a little update on next year's recruits:
Deshaun Thrower (Last Game): 16 points; couldn't find any other
stats
--His team (Muskegon HS) is
now 5-0
Tyrell Sturdivant (Last 2 Games): 18 points, 8 rebounds
17 points,
12 rebounds, 4 blocks
--His team (Chester HS) is
now 7-2
Could have really used these guys against Columbia!!

Keep the updates coming - I love it. If you really want to
impress can you tell us how much Bryan Sekunda is benching - how
many sets and how mahy reps.

Hmmm--interesting point, Salty. Given Sekunda's current
circumstance (i.e. having signed an LOI, while being in a rehab
year), does anyone know whether the NCAA would have any
objections to the SBU coaching staff interacting with him to
design and monitor a training regimen and benchmarks for him to
adhere to and report on? Just curious.

Saltyseawolf. I am a little concerned about Sekunda Knee injury
haunting him in Div1 school, SB..... I did find a link on his
progress for you to digest!

Since I seem to have taken on the role of reporting on the
progress of our soon-to-be Seawolves for next year, how's this
for a game's work yesterday?
Tyrell Sturdivant: 29 points, 13 rebounds, 3 blocks, 1 steal
--His team (Chester HS) is now 9-2
