This article has really piqued my interest in Thrower.
Also worth noting that Stony Brook assistant Lamar Chapman is
also from Muskegon Mi.

"@BFlinnFuture150: Look for Stony Brook to target a guard with
their last scholarship, it could possibly go to Sturdivant's AAU
teammate Austin Tilghman"
Interesting tidbit from this tweet is that Austin Tilghman
retweeted it.
My take from this is that 1) Tilghman is very interested coming
to SBU but 2) SBU is waiting for Jorgensen's decision first.

Rats!!! I was really hoping that the Seawolves were going to
reel him in--even though, with all the offers he was getting,
I'm not surprised that they didn't. But, in light of the
significant interest he was attracting I find it curious that he
ended up with George Washington. Do any of you agree that it
seems like an odd choice given his options?

Man, I really like Sturdivant's game. He and Warney in the front
court could be a deadly combination.
By the way, just paid off my basketball season tix deposit. So
stoked!

Jorgensen just had a Q&A posted on NJHoops where he refuted some
of the recruiting info that has been put out there. Here's a
summary:
- He had offers from about 25 schools, but his finalists were
GW, Harvard, Lehigh, Fairfield and Quinnipiac (Vermont was his
first offer). He really liked the city feel of GW, and to me it
appears that he made an intelligent choice as far as
level/league chosen. GW has a very good returning Soph. PG, so
he is probably coming in at a good time, with 2 years to start.
