I could see him alternating with Warney up front next year.
That would be tough to defend all night.

I'd rather see them in there at the same time, with Mayo
switching off for whomever's in foul trouble or needs a rest.
What a challenge under the basket for the other teams to stop
offensively, or to block out against the rebound!!
On another front, here are the recruit results for last night:
Tyrell Sturdivant: 31 Points, 12 Rebounds (Chester HS is 14-3)
Deshaun Thrower: 7 Points (Couldn't find the other stats)
(Muskegon HS is 12-0)
--Can't figure why his scoring has been down so much over the
last couple of games

My guess is he is being double or triple teamed coveraged ..
This is a good thing for obvious reasons.. These two guys should
fit into our style of play quite well.....

The latest on next year's recruits from tonight's games:
Tyrell Sturdivant: 25 Points, 15 Rebounds (Scored his 1,000th
point)
-- Unfortunately, Chester HS lost, and is now 14-4
Deshaun Thrower: 21 Points, 10 Assists
--Muskegon HS is 13-0
Boy, could we use these guys in a big hurry--RIGHT NOW!!

Deshaun's team is the number two ranked team in the state
(largest classification also). He is a very real contender for
Mr. Basketball in the state of Michigan. I love LOVE LOVE the
idea of having two guards who are always in attack mode looking
to penetrate who can also hit a pull up or spot up from 3. That
was a run on sentence but my enthusiasm could not be contained
by rules of grammar.
