Not for nothing but, the hawkeyes are another beatable team..
They haven't won against a ranked team all year !!! 'M' I
missing something here but I think the brooks could take m!!

FWIW, Iowa's RPI is 81 while UMass was 55 coming to this game.
But the whole "Big Ten thing" is something that we have to be
aware of. They were .500 in the second best league in the
country despite losing questionable games against Purdue and
Nebraska.
THey guys gotta walk in there with the same attitude they had
today. Just play the game and extend your season. There is no
NCAA pressure anymore, that will have to wait until next year.
Now is just win and keep playing. Lets go Wolves!

I was thinking the same. Games against MSU, OSU, Indiana,
Wisconsin, Michigan, these are good teams. They have been
tested multiple times, despite what the record may say.

i always, always take note of when a team gets into the 3
trouble. Mass took 26 last night. it happens to us too. teams
get greedy early (its really only 50% more than a bucket) and
then they fall behind and get greedy again and now desperate.
i think if we crunched the #s, good NBA teams shoot around
50-55%. no way you can expect a college team (shooting from a
foot or two closer) to exceed that #. then take the attempts
into account, with the 2pt %, minus the threes actually scored,
etc. i dont think teams come out on top. go for the easy
bucket. it hurt Mass last night.
and fortunately, we were hot on threes.
