Hammer, sorry I missed you had yet another family thing to
attend (2 communions and 1 christening in a month is a bit
much). I think it was a total crock that Maysonett didn't get
drafted. The guy from Umass the Giants drafted really chapped my
cheeks. Was surprised Reyes didn't get signed but Moore did so I
did expect 3 to be in camps one way or another. A lot of scrubs
I never heard of or were not very productive got drafted this
year. Just goes to show you that sometimes the experts do not
actually watch the gms. I think these guys have a real good shot
to make their teams. I would love to be able to pluck Maysonett
or Norrel off the waiver wire in my Fantasy Football league.

I think the question is, how many of our boys are going to make
the cut??? I think Maysonet has the best shot, Norrel, Reyes ..
50/50 and More,, not so sure... Dominick Reyes WILL get a shot
sooner then later !!

Chairman. I have a real funny feeling Miguel will one day be a
GIANT.... Let the Eagle groom him to be a NFL starter then he
will take that talent and the GIANTS will give him a contract,
something he should have gotten from the Draft anyways !!!!

yeah i didnt like the Cox selection. neither did these guys:

> Analysis: The Giants are hoping to strike it big again with a
running back taken late in the seventh round. They used their
compensatory pick on UMass' Michael Cox. Cox rushed for just 715
yards and five touchdowns as a graduate student transfer from
Michigan, where he was a backup. He had just 19 carries while at
UMass. But the Giants absolutely love his size (6-0, 214), speed
and hands and think he could challenge Da'Rel Scott and Ryan
Torain at the third running back spot. They did pass on a
linebacker and cornerback in the draft but who are we to doubt
the Giants, who found Ahmad Bradshaw once upon a time in the
seventh round in 2007.

This is my take on what happen.... 1).... Miguel didn't have the
best Pro day and his 40 was in the 4.59 range. 2)..... and this
is the biggest problem.. THE BIG SOUTH ... I said it before i'll
say it again. SB as a whole needs to move out of the BS
completely ... Now that SBF is in the CAA we will actually get
more serious attention from scouts. The CAA is a very
respectable conference even though it's in the FCS........ I
believe a few players were drafted from the CAA this year... Had
SB been in the CAA last year, Miguell would have, with no doubt
in my mind, gone in the early 7th round or even the 6th round
!!!!!!!
