say it aint so... that would be just terrible for SB to only
play 11 games, considering the fact that we got HOSED by the CAA
and Boston College. I am holding out hope, tho not much left at
this point due to apparent lack of action by our AD, that we
will get a 12th game. if we dont, that is just a joke about how
we literally got the short end of the stick. Like I said
before, I hope the CAA and Boston College gave us some cash for
bumping us out of the season opening in BC>

BFF. As a season ticket holder I'm just as pissed off as you
with the scheduling , but it is what it is and I think this year
is a transition year for SBF. I've already thrown the towel in
before the season even begins !!!!/ But looking at the bright
side. If we finish top pf the CAA this year regardless of the
final W/L column, I think next year the CAA will give us the red
carpet when it comes down to scheduling.. We must take baby
steps before we can start to run, and run we will. Remember this
post !!!!!!!!!!!p.s. it still sucks though GRRRR !!!!!!!

O'man. I would love to see Miguel play for the Giants. I'am
shame to say it but I've been a Jets fan my whole life and if
Miguel makes a run with the Giants, that could change, yes, that
could change!!!!!!!

I do not think it is fair to slam the AD for not doing anything
about replacing the game. Fiore has always done what it takes to
promote the school. He has a good relationship with the NCAA (
2010 mens Lax quarter finals, 2012 and 2013 Womens Lax Final
four at LaValle) not to mention placing bids to play the last
two 1st rd football playoff gms at home. Also getting the arena
ready twice so we could host the NIT gm against the Illini, and
play the AE title gm last year both of wich were televised. And
let's not forget playing the entire AE men's Lax tourny at
LaValle the next two yrs. Sometimes things don't work out and it
is not due to lack of trying. As far as throwing in the towel
this year Hammer, I have to disagree. We have as much talent if
not more than the other CAA teams. I am not saying it will be a
cake walk but Priore has not had one bad team since he has been
here.

Chrissy. What I really mean about throwing the towel in this
year is with the Absence of Miguel, Norell, Essington among
others is going to be difficult to win games the way we've been
used to in the past with the many of blow out games we had
because of our seniors. Then add in the move to the CAA and a
very tough 3 game schedule to start the season. Priore will have
to pull a rabbit out of this hat to win the AE Championship this
year. This is why I said this year is a transition for us but I
think priore will work out the kinks and get us back on top of
the conference again, and better and stronger then ever before.
SBF is moving in the right direction year in and year out and
one day we will win the FCS Champion ship game !!!! I also think
Albany is in the same boat as us with the move up. I will be at
every home game and hopefully 1 away game cheering our boys on
and maybe we do make it to the Playoffs again !!!!!

I'm sure Jim Fiore did what he could. He probably is still
trying his best to add a twelve team. But unexpected things
happen all the time and sometimes things do work out. I am
really disappointed at not having a home game to start the
season but we'll have to get over it.
But with that said: Don't expect large crowds in LaValle if we
cant get our Freshman class into it from early on.
