I don't know if they stole the idea. But its damn good IDEA! So
excited. Having a trophy makes this games much more significant
for each program and the fanbase. Its a win win for both
programs. The goal should be to make this rivalry a long lasting
one and the marquee match-up between the SUNYs...

Stony Brook's backfield, as always, looks STACKED heading into
next season. I know Coker was a tiny bit disappointing but he
ending the season, in my opinion, on a very high note. I think
on paper Coker and Poteat have to be the most impressive
backfield combo in FCS football heading into next season,
especially considering the entire offensive line from last year
returns.

Not sure why you guys are concerned about Coker. the dude
rushed for over 1,000 yards last season, and that was when he
was the second back in the rotation. but I agree, it will be
nice to have a second experienced back behind Coker. tho from
looking at Poteat's film, he does not look blazing fast to me,
even in high school. but he does seem to have good field vision
and can make the right cuts to get yardage.

Almost the same attributes Maysonet had. Reading some NFL
scouting reports didn't have Maysonet with high marks on
breakaway speed but good vision and kept driving for extra
yards. So we will see.

Philadelphia Eagles are expecting to wave Miguel Maysonet as per
twiitter and other source. I was afraid this was going to happen
when the eagle brought in a veteran RB this week.. Lets hope
another teams picks him up. He deserves a chance to prove he is
NFL worthy !!!!!
