Wow. I figured Liberty would win, but I never would have
guessed it'd be a whoopin like that.
What makes me really concerned/impressed... Liberty lost two
fumbles and missed a FG, and still managed to put up 63 points.
The silver lining is that after this season, we won't have face
Brown, Bevins, Summers, or Chapman again.

WE HAVE SOME SERIOUS COMPETITION THIS YEAR! Liberty is no joke.
If we don't improve, we going to get run over. As of now, I dont
see much chance for a SB victory against them. A lot of work has
to be put before November 19th.

Just wanted to know what everybody thinks about LU now after
y'all put the beat down on CCU which is kind of similar to what
LU did a few weeks ago at the Bill.

I still think Liberty is a serious competitor. the team should
take the next few weeks as preparation for that final Liberty
game. with that said, Stony Brook has been playing great and has
played better each successive week. Now I feel like it will be a
better game this upcoming Nov 19. I hope we don't face any
setbacks.
CCU was affected by the severe weather much more than Stony
Brook yesterday. Their passing game was disabled and our running
game took care of the game very well. On another day, this game
would've been more competitive.

From what I've read on Coastal's board they just threw in the
towel pretty quick into the game. Much like they did against
LU. I'm really looking forward to this game I wish I could make
it up there to see it but its a bit far for a poor college
student. I have no idea what to expect from this game either.

Liberty will be a tough game. They are a solid talented
team with alot of weapons. But I still believe we will win
on Nov 19th. About yesterday , we played a near perfect
football game despite the weather. Excusing the lack of
passing our offensive line opened holes or our running backs
found ways to run without openings. The defense shut down
Coastal completely ansd special teams scored again on that
blocked punt. We will be fine against Liberty.

I think Liberty has a solid team. I don't think we've seen a QB
as athletic as Mike Brown all season so that should be a new
look that I'm nervous about. I haven't really been following
Liberty that closely though. Is Chapman playing and healthy? I
think you guys have a solid pass rush, right? I know you guys
have some stud secondary transfers-how are they playing? Also I
noticed earlier in the season that your O line was really
young-how are those guys performing?

You're right Mike Brown is crazy athletic but with that he
brings a lot of turnovers. Chapman is playing but he doesn't
normally play more than a handful of plays at a time because he
is just flat out out of shape. Our pass rush is probably above
average. Our secondary is able to make a lot of plays they look
really good sometimes and sometimes they look lost. As for the
o-line they aren't bad at all and Mike's ability to move helps
out a lot.

Yeah, I'm thinking Mike Brown is going to get his yards. For
Stony Brook to win, we'll need to cause turnovers and shut down
Liberty's running game.
