S/B played heir hearts out in this game and they could have
easilly won. Running out of time outs was a killer for us. Great
game indeed !!!!

Proud to be a Seawolf fan tonight. The team showed grit and
heart after falling behind by 20. All losses hurt but we can
take many positives from this game. A couple of more plays at
the
end and they could have had this one. With efforts like tonight,
the America East Conference will have their hands full ( more
than they already do ).

Wat a gameeee. Watched the entire game from my phone while at
macys. Despite almost getting killed. By my gf... we got respect
from the big boys and we can play well against them. Amazing. Go
brook. This is the team that will take us to the ncaa. I finally
believe we got all the right pieces to the puzzle. Lookibg
forward to next friday matchup at prudential. See ys there

This was the type of game and type of effort that wins us a
recruit like Warney (and keeps Warney at SBU beyond this year).
Makes me wonder what HS senior was watching this game.....

Yes... great game. If not for a missed shot or missed rebound,
it could have been a Win. I am so impressed with Warney. Can't
wait to get that win at Seton Hall.. yes definitely possible
after tonight's showing.

Does anyone else feels like this is truly our year? I never felt
so excited for SBU basketball. This is the team that can take us
there. I know we had two bad games against SHU but everything
else has been great. I'm really proud of this team. So much
heart displayed tonight. Good night all!

Truly was a game of two completely different halves. Stony Brook
was THE better team in the second half. However, the time for
moral victories is past. I've been following the team since they
went DI in 2000(?), and they've never had a win over a Top 50
team or (if I remember correctly) a Top 100 team. We beat Penn
State a few years ago, but PSU was mediocre that year. Anyway,
that streak needs to end. The game at Seton Hall is the time to
do it. Without a signature win, the Wolves could get stuck at
the dreaded 16 seed come tournament time....and I do expect them
to dance this year.

Read what other people are saying about the S/B basketball. We
are on other peoples radar for sure. it's just a matter of time
before we get and stay at the top of the 25 rankings !!!
