2012/13: Game 9 - SBU @ St. Francis

After a week off Stony Brook is in search of its sixth division
I victory of the season. The game will be at Brooklyn against
St. Francis. I should be there after work and hopefully we get a
big win.
Lets go Seawolves

its a subway ride for me.

Five games left before conference play. Winning at the very
least two of those games should be minimum expectations at this
point in the program, but we should see at least three wins (St
Francis, revenge against Sacred Heart, and Manhattan). A win
against Seton is do-able, but I don't expect it. Maryland I
won't even consider yet; they look bigger and stronger than
Connecticut did. Let's go into conference play at 9-4.

we have to win the game we are expected to win. I'm not too
worried about the games against ACC/Big East opponents. Even if
we win one of those it wont make a difference when we go ahead
and lose to the Sacred Hearts of the world. We gotta show we are
good mid major team and win consistently at our level and then
worry about the big boys.
I expect a win against St.Francis. I Better not be disappointed
Tuesday night.

Been keeping up with you guys, and I agree that these next 5
non-con games are very important. Also agree that you need to
win 2 minimum, and 3 should be a strong possibility, although
having all 5 on the road brings its own challenges. I have to
think that this will make you tougher come the conference
season.....
I saw this earlier today, and thought it was interesting. Right
now, SB is top team listed in the computer rankings, and the AE
is #20 in the conference rankings. It's always interesting to
see what the computer thinks:

I'm READY for back-to-back nights in Brooklyn. After a night
filled with Smashing Pumpkins @ Barclays. Its time for Seawolves
basketball. I hope to see some of you tomorrow At St.Francis.

BTW, its amazing how much Brooklyn Heights/ Downtown Brooklyn
has changed. I had about four years without being there. That
area is looking beautiful. WOW!

Nice all around road win tonight against St Francis 77-61. I
will take a 7-2 record any day and solid performance by our
guys.
