Wow, watched the game Saturday and was impressed with your O and
D. Looks like you have a very solid team and am excited to
watch this game! I watched your game against Sam H last year
and really liked your team. It should be a great experience for
the players coming to montana if they haven't ever been. I
think the weather should be relatively nice for the game. How
many of you are going to travel? Super long flight and can't
wait to see the Seawolves in person.

Thanks for the kind words and hospitality, Griz. I don't expect
many SB fans will make it out for the game. We don't seem to
have much of a traveling fan base (at least not by air), so I'm
sure it will be a very partisan Bobcat crowd. Fortunately the
current players have played in fairly large venues recently
(UTEP, Syracuse, Army, Liberty, Buffalo) so I don't think
they'll be too intimidated. Expect a good game!

Agree fully with Chrissy D.
Stony Brook is a contender and can play with any FCS team this
year. We'll get the respect sooner than later. This game is
going to be a great one.
I won't be traveling to Montana (obviously) but this game is one
to watch!
I'm confident about my Wolves walking out with a W!

Welcome grizzy fans and congratulations on a #2 ranking and a
bye and a home game for the ONLY division I tournament in
football. ;D
We know the Big Sky and we know how good it is. Youll hopefully
find our forumites are well read. Mont State will be battle
tested and well rested. SB had an uncertain future until a week
ago and now is sans-QB (also potentially uncertain).
What SB has going for it, other than a great backfield, is a
very deliberate ball control offense that you saw against Nova.
Is anything more demoralizing than a 13 minute drive? Chip away
9-10 feet every play? First downs pile up, defense gets no
rest, offense gets no rhythm and cold. Wonder if we will do
this again Saturday.
The flight situation, which requires a connection, is unlikely
for most east-coasters. I also expect a home crowd. Best of
luck to both teams involved, ill be watching on my cpu. GO SB

threw me off! And now i get it!
Very sorry. If its any consolation, we are commonly referred to
as the Seahawks. I think even ESPN did that once! :'(

OK so we have been having a little discussion, what exactly is a
Seawolf? Searching it we find a fish and a submarine. Your
mascot looks like a regular wolf.
Just as a side note, in our part of the country a wolf is
something that should be shot on sight (Shoot, Shovel & Shutup)

Looking at the NCAA bracket:
In the case that Stony Brook advances to the Quarterfinals and
SHSU/Cal Poly, both unseeded teams, get to the QF. Who would
host? How is this decided? does any one know who would host such
a matchup? does it go to the highest bidder like the First round
does?

Any games without a seed go to the bids, but if I was you I
wouldn't be worrying about that. ;)
