Of course, ill just be getting home so ill have to catch in on
the telly... but when SB advances, ill go to that game!!!
Nova just beat up Delaware pretty bad. Glimpse of a future foe
next saturday. Im guessing on the grand scale, kids are
recruited from similar regions. Gotta think the committee
liked all that.
Start a new thread??? GO SB

We got some love. I'm a big enough man to admit I was wrong,
didn't think the committee would let us in.
That said, i've never been happier to be wrong. Now we just
gotta show that we deserved to be in by putting a whoopin on
'Nova.

I didn't think we would make it either. We drew a good
opponent though should be a sellout>

Losing by six points to the consensus #2 team that received many
first place votes, and losing at their place, is pretty darn
good! If we played them at LaValle, I see two evenly matched
teams.

It was a great season for sure. Already looking forward to 2013.
For now it's time to cheer for basketball , baseball and lax
soon. We as SBU fans have it pretty good with our winning
programs.

Borrowed from the weekday blog of the lacrosse SID @ Princeton.
As he pointed out, the critical game was SBU beating Army which
transitioned the sequence from the FCS to the FBS ranks.[/quote]
Can anyone find the original link???

The author of the post was quoting the Princeton SID, but i cant
find the original article...
Either way, its a funny/entertaining link of events to point
out, and good to see that our victory was integral!
