Stony Brook has an offer out to RB Dalton Crossan out of Sachem
North. He also holds offers from Syracuse, Buffalo, and Fordham.
I would love to keep a local kid like Crossan on the Island.

they look very promising. I wish a kid like Dalton Crossan would
choose to come here but with Cuse and Buffalo on the way I don't
have much hopes...

Rumor has it that he is leaning towards either Stony Brook or
Fordham at the moment. I honestly think between Priore's running
scheme and the chance for early playing time Stony Brook
deserves some serious consideration.

We also have an offer out to RB Stacey Bedell who happens to be
Ed Gowins' cousin. I thought we had a chance at him before I
knew Gowins' was leaving the program. Don't know where we stand
with him now, but it would be nice to get another Floyd RB at
the brook.

Solis is a very good kicker. I saw one online pub that ranked
him #89 in the nation. A few months ago during a competition he
kicked a 62 yard field goal. That's one strong leg for a high
school kid.

Stony Brook got a commitment from 6' 2" 240 lb TE/RB/DE Chris
Makulik from Patchogue Medford. I suspect we'll use him as a FB.
