they had coach Mac in the booth. I mean I get he is a homer but
he was actually happy Norell was hurt as he was down by the
sideline. The one announcer mentioned he was down and the old
crackpot said "good". I assume he had one to many Bloody's
pre-game.

I sent a complaint to SNY and to SBU athletics and I expect
other viewers did the same. The mission of the broadcast and
NCAA college football is to deliver a family friendly broadcast
without intentions of malice. It's one thing to be partisan -
it's the Big East Network and I get that - but that coach was
unprofessional, unsportsmanlike, and wished harm on 19-21 year
old men. He's supposed to be a role model for pete's sake!
Regardless of his pedigree he's an embarassment to college
football and should be ashamed of himself.

Yeah my man was shot. He made Harry Carey sound coherent. Awful
job all the way around.

Yes Joe. I caught that. He was an ****. I still can remember
when he said "Gooooood!".... I was like WTF. I muted the SNY
broadcast for the next 3 minutes and put WUSB on broadcast. At
the end they were trying to kick him out. He started talking
about Time Warner and crap even though I was watching the game
on SNY. The whole broadcast was also so Pro-syracuse but he went
to far... No class at all.

Yeah i did notice the embarrassing lack of objectivity. That
was awful. Boo on you SNY.
SB played well in most aspects of the game. To me, the two goal
line stands were the highlight. As soon as big plays ensued
(Norrell, Maysonet) I knew SB would be in this game. But they
seemed to have lost the groove on offense right as Cuse woke up
in the third Q. Also trouble in the secondary. And we were
awful on 3rd downs and penalties.
34k is the biggest crowd theyve ever played in front of- right?
SHSU was only 8k. I also believe this marks the first time weve
been in the game with a BCS opponent.
Skiffy is playing so well, he is money, its almost guaranteed
that he will perform. Punting was top 25 level i think.
Wonder now if guys like Bamiro, Dudley, Maysonet, Andersen, and
Reyes start getting better looks from the professional ranks.
GO SB

No Chairman. We Played Big East South Florida in 2010 in front
of over 40k fans. We lost that game 59-14. Big improvement over
the last two season if you consider that USF is about the same
quality as Syracuse. We are getting there. we are extremely
close towards our first FBS win!
IMO, Maysonet should be able to play at the next level. I know
I'm biased. But he is a great player

Oh i didnt realize the crowd was that big, i do remember
watching that game. Either way, this is the first time weve
legitimately had a chance to defeat a BCS opponent; though, as
everyone knows, that term doesnt carry the weight it used to,
with the conference shakeups and the increased victories over
BCS teams (both in 1A and 1AA).

I f we correct some of our mental mistakes we made Saturday we
should get a win at Army. They cant pass and are little slower
and smaller than the Orange. Penalities and a few dropped
balls hurt us last week , we had Syracuse on the ropes for
awhile.

From watching both FCS and BCS games, one difference I've
noticed is there are more dropped balls at the FCS level. That
makes sense, since your typical BCS receiver is simply better.
But if the 'Wolves are to be a Top 10 team, Priore will need to
emphasize to his receivers that they must improve their focus
(which is what a wide open reception comes down to) if they want
playing time.

They need to get the ball to Gush on 3rd downs, he has the best
hands on the team. Also during the halftime report in the studio
Don MacPherson the former Cuse QB said that both Maysonette and
Reyes could play in the NFL. The guys in the booth kept saying
how Cuse coach didn't have a scholarship for Maysonette, what
they should have said was that he made a mistake by not offering
him one. You know what they say one man's trash is another man's
gold.
