       M & W Cross Country

       I figured I would start a thread on men's and women's cross
country. Our women's team won their fifth consecutive AE title
last season, but only return 5 letter winners from last years
team. They'll likely need some impact freshman or transfers if
they'll get the 6-peat. On the men's side, Eric Speakman is the
top returner from last years America East championships. Any
word on incoming recruits for this fall?

I dont know what we have returning but it doesnt take much to
rebuild a cross counrty team. Two maybe three good runners can
       make a huge difference.

Women's Cross Country wins the sixth consecutive title today.
Men's win their first title. What a great day for Stony Brook
Cross Country. Wish them well at the NCAAs
