I too met Maysonet at the tent and I had my 9 year old with me
and he just happen to be carrying a football which maysonet
signed . I asked maysonet if there was anything in the pipeline,
and he told me nothing yet . he's a real nice guy and I wish the
Chargers give him a chance to play in a NFL game !!

I always hate to see someone get hurt, but....

...could this be an opening for Miguel? It should be noted that
the author of this article is mistaken, of course. He should
have said there are only two RBs left on the "active" roster.
Maysonet is on the practice squad, and just itching to get
promoted!!!

Man, I really hope he get a chance to start . This is the only
real way we will ever know if he's a NFL caliber football
player. But then again, the chargers will probably pay 50
million to bring in Trent Richardson or something like that
!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Chrissy, This one's for you.. Do you know any of the High School
Quarterbacks and do you think we have a shot at recruiting one.
This years Q looks really strong and I would love to see a
College freshman start and grow with the team !!!!

One of those kids may play FCS football. None of them are good
enough for FBS

I believe Bednarski will be our starting Q next year too but he
will also be a senior. I would love to see a freshman or
sophomore start and grow with the team, thats how great teams
develop..

Bednarski has two years of eligibility left. He'll be a
redshirt junior. Played two years of junior college ball
without taking a redshirt year.

To add some weight to Captaindj's point, Santorelli, Heldberg,
Cerrone and Galligan have already all commited to other
schools--but for lacrosse, not football
