Speculation, but maybe he shouldn't have been rated as a
       4-star...perhaps he's really performing at a 3-star level and
wasn't getting the playing time he wanted at Cincy. They could
be stacked with really good RBs. So I wouldn't be concerned in
the absence of negative information. How's it go, "Don't look a
       gift horse in the mouth"

As far as Felix Jones goes, well he flat out stinks, we all
know that. As for the transfer Poteat, just because he came from
an FBS team doesn't mean he will be in the rotation. When Coker
transferred he already established a nice resume for himself at
Iowa. As for 4 star ratings out of high school do not read too
much into that cause that doesn't always translate on the field.
My point is that you do not need to be an FBS transfer in order
to make an impact. Look at this transfer as depth until he
proves otherwise. His lack of playing time at Cincy is a red
flag, but you never know. Also do not rule out a redshirt season
for him as well. I know I am a L.I. homer but do not sleep on
Tyler Fredericks who easily could have been an FBS player. Let's
not forget our last star RB who was passed over by Div 1 teams,
I think that worked out pretty well.

Kevin Norrell was waived by the Bills yesterday. Injured could
       not participate in mini camp.

Do we know what type of injury he sustained.. Could he get
picked up by another team ? Lets hope Miguell gets a chance to
prove to the Eagles he has what it takes to play in the NFL !!

Tend to agree with Chrissy D. Coxson came in with a lot of
fanfare last year and didn't impress. Had full spread in Newsday
when he arrived and had what 1 TD , maybe 2. So if our
transfer produces great or will he just be in the rotation.
Fredericks I'm high on freshman or not.
