That Rodgers kid looks like the real deal, I agree 6'4" middies
from BC are always welcome (I think I've seen some of those
moves before). Lynott plays close defense but has the body type
of a LSM on the college level.

Yeah I had forgotten about Rogers until McBride mentioned
knowing some of our Canadian recruits coming in during the
Hartford radio broadcast and suggesting they could be pretty
       good for us.
I think Nate White is a 2014. In the article about his
concussions it says he was going to enroll at Onandago Community
College in the spring, play there for two years, and then
transfer to Stony Brook. To further complicate things, he's no
longer on the Onandaga roster. So I'm not sure where we stand
       with him.

Thanks SBUFan, ill look into it.
You might be right- its unclear if he is a senior in 2012 or
       2013-
  HTML http://lacrosseinsidethegame.com/page/3/
But this article says he was a junior in 2011- meaning he is a
       senior in 2012:
  HTML http://www.ilindoor.com/2011/11/21/alternative-therapy-shows-promise-for-faster-and-more-complete-healing-from-concussions/<br
       />
But then again, with Canadians sometimes you dont know if they
are taking time off, etc. This says he "plans to spend one year
at Fleming" before going to the NCAAs.
  HTML http://www.thepeterboroughexaminer.com/ArticleDisplay.aspx?e=3295455&archive=true
Along the same lines, this article claims he was 18 in 2011,
meaning, its reasonable to think he's a senior in 2012 at 19.

Looks like Nathan White is going to enroll at Siena in the fall
of 2012...of course this article is a year old so who really
       knows.

Yep, that is from April 2011, but this is from November 2011:

And that he was offered $$$. But yeah who really knows. These
       could both be wrong.

Someone posted over on Laxpower that there have been "suprising"
roster cuts. Can anyone confirm or add?

Not sure about any cuts but right now they is a small senior
class coming back and they all got PT except Pat Day, who was a
Melville grad. Watson either started or played man-up. The
rest were starters. If there were cuts you would think it would
be from Sowell's last 2 recruiting classes. From that Soph
class Rooney, Bellando and Millican all were big contributers to
the team and Cerasi got some run as a backup ssdm. Jak played
early and them fell out of the rotation. The rest of the SO
       class didn't really play.
Who knows about this years freshman that were Sowell recruits
but kept by Nagle for this season. The true freshman who got PT
were; Andreassi, Judge, Duddy and Harris...Diggle was a red
shirt so you think he will be back too. Who knows about the
       rest.
It sucks that kids might not be back but Nagle has to do what is
       best for the team.

I would suspect that guys like Benetez, Day, Vassalo, Zorn,
Smith might be in jeopardy, all are going to be juniors and have
had very little if any run in 2 yrs. Also have to think Pallela
is in trouble, he was a fogo on a bad f/o team and couldn't get
on the field. I have to disagree joewillie on Diggle, I saw
this kid play a few times in H.S. and he has no game, hate to be
harsh but with the talent on this new class and the next one
there is no place for him, he is just not athletic enough to
compete with these kids. I know he went to West Islip but he
was a 2nd line player. Greene might be a question also, coming
off injury w/one year left remember same thing happened to Tyler
McCabe, I know not the same type player but McCabe was a 2nd mid
       in 2010.
If you ask me Jak W is safe and Greene would go they have
some young def talent like Scalera, Dorsey, Harris, Berger that
should get alot more playing time. Feeney could be in trouble
as well. Last years class was pretty good the class before with
the exceptions of Rooney, Bellando and Milican does not appear
to be very good on a whole. I do not think they get rid of
someone w/ Jak's size. What do you think.

Why is our roster relatively so small? I just did a quick count
I think we only had 36 last season. With 18 coming in and 10
graduating we would be at 44 which I think is fairly typical in
       college lacrosse.
