Lucas Martin went from walk-on to scholarship player. I like to
keep an eye out on the walkons given scholarshiops because these
guys have had big roles for us under Cosh. Franco Milano, Quinn
Boyd, etc. I think we're pretty deep at WR with all the
transfers. Wonder if he works his way into the rotation

I was talking to Coach Cosh about Lucas back in July and he was
raving about him as not only a receiver but as a special teams
player as well. In fact because of his athleticism and tenacious
expect to see him in spot running plays and in spot plays on
defense too
On another subject in addition to playing Ball State from the
MAC this year they are playing two from that conference in 2027
Northern Illinois and UMASS also they are trying to get Buffalo
on their schedule
