       The NCAA or Congress has to do something about the Transfer
       Portal today I learned that when Iowa State HC Matt Campbell
       left to take the Penn State HC Job a number of his players also
       are planning to enter the portal leaving their program with 17
       players and only one was a starter. I’m a regular follower and
       contributor on X and I see at least 25-40 players announcing
       their intentions to enter the portal in January every day.
