I would imagine so, given that he's our 3-star recruit and was
picked to start over Knopp to begin with.
Knopp quietly had one of our best passing seasons in program
history: 2021 yds with a 17:4 TD-INT ratio in 7 starts. He would
have shattered our single-season passing yards record if he
played the whole year.

Have to think it's Marshall's job to lose unless Casey Case has
another year of eligibility. Does anyone know?
Behind Marshall would be Quinn Boyd whom Cosh recruited while at
Western Michigan and brought to Stony Brook. Then incoming
freshmen Tavion Byrd

Case does have another year. And I wouldn't be so sure with
Marshall. He didn't even dress for the last game of the season
and Case was the backup and Arfanis was #3 and wore the yellow
pinnie

We have a Scholarship QB from University Prep a HS upstate NY
Tavion Byrd. Marshall in add to being hurt also had some
disciplinary issues. They also may bring in another QB from the
Portal

Damn, not what you what to hear.
Someone like Knopp fit great into Cosh's system - if he wants to
go the grad QB route again I have no qualms

I saw that umass hired someone and the other team in the Mac I
heard had interest does not so he could be here next year.
