Storylines from this game for each team are pretty simple:
Albany: can't hold onto the ball
Stony Brook: will score if the player can hold onto catches
So many drops by SB. At least 3 clear drops that would have
blown open the game. Another dropped INT by SB. Catch those,
they score 40.
Overall, we have a nasty def and an offense that can wear you
down. Redman is a beast with YAC, but had 2 bad drops.
My biggest gripe is turnout. Maybe we had 7K....Albany should be
our biggest turnout game. Need to work out better community
draws. Multiple winning years are critical.

coach. then asked about 8-2 and he remarks- UNH is good.
great job SB. now let's keep him and the new pres.
also- is anyone better than johnny wincott on the playcall???
PS- campbell is up 17-7 hosting richmond at half.

Campbell up 24-17 in the fourth... they hold on, and we're tied
for 1st! URI was the other undefeated and they also lost.
It would be so gratifying if Cosh won the CAA title in his first
year when Priore had 10 years and never got it done.
Student turnout specifically was depressing on the camera. I
wonder if most kids just assume that our team is still bad
because of how pitiful the last few years have been. That's why
I love the McCormick email to the student body, but we have to
keep promoting ourselves now that we have a winning club again.

Campbell did not hang on, sadly, so Richmond is the only team
that is undefeated in the CAA still.
Where has Roland Dempster been this whole time? I guess he
played behind Ty Son Lawton for a while (who is still in college
- 453 yds and 9 TDs for Indiana this year!), but this has gotta
be our best RB season since Maysonet.
About Maysonet... he went 1964/21 in 2012. Dempster is at
1152/18, I'll be surprised if he doesn't end up breaking the TD
record, which I never thought would happen for a long time.
Dempster is also a great pass-catching back in ways that we
never used Maysonet, so for all-purpose yards... he had 2007/22
while Dempster is 1465/18. He could very well pass that if he
gets 2 playoff games like Maysonet did!

We had Redwyn, the legend, in the building and I thought for
three quarters we were going to lose this one.
I continue to be blown away at the timely big plays this team
makes. I keep waiting for the luck to run out, but maybe that's
just what we should expect from this team?
