Remaining opponents:
@ Bryant (2-6, 0-4)
vs Albany (3-5, 1-3)
@ UNH (4-4, 2-2)
vs Monmouth (4-4, 2-2)
Not a single opponent with a winning record, but we can't fall
into the trap game. Priore was so bad with that, I still think
of how we lost at home to Sacred Heart in 2016 after beating #2
Richmond, and losing on the road at conf-winless Albany in 2018
in the season finale when we were #10. I think we will be
favored in all of them, but we can't just computer sim this, we
have to do what is expected of us.
10-2 (7-1) would be a storybook first season for Cosh. We just
can't get ahead of ourselves.

The usual suspect Debbie Downers seem to be missing this year
What an amazing turnaround this season has been. Let's keep it
going- would be amazing to see a playoff berth this year given
how bad this team has been the last few years.

team looked good save for a few blips. first play on offense,
the W&M cb fell and we ran the length for a TD. we moved the
ball regularly, only missing a red zone opportunity with
turnovers. the OL made a lot of room around the ends. kudos to
our tackles and TEs.
given the opponent, the weather, and the festivities, i thought
the turnout was weak. was probably 70% full.
though the parking lot was full of rowdy tailgaters- and,
nothing seemingly went awry.
PS- i met up with eCasado and spent the first quarter with him.
great guy!!!!!!!!!

Hey bud - What a pleasant meet that was. It was great spending
some time talking with you!
Folks - Let me say that we have one heck of chairman!!! So
impressed by his long time commitment to this University and for
his commitment in helping to grow our alumni association. Thank
you for everything you do for Stony Brook while juggling the
other complexities of professional/family/everyday life.
Lets stay in touch and perhaps we can meet more of the fans out
here in the near future.
And remember - LETS... GO... SEAWOLVES!!!!

One thing about this team that I wanted to call out is that they
really do seem to be getting better week by week. Feels like the
players are learning the system, coaches are learning about the
players etc.

Knoop's emergence has been great. Cosh came in with a pass-first
reputation but with Dempster being so strong, we had to use him
to reliably move the ball. Now we've unlocked the passing
dimension with the guy who wasn't even supposed to be our
starter, and doing it without one of the best WR prospects that
we ever had. It makes us just that much harder to stop.
