       Fields

No, not a new signee. But Jonah Butler had 36 for Calloway
County in helping them secure their first ever state title on
Sunday. They have more than a dozen games remaining in their
regular season so it's safe to say I have no idea how we're
crowning a champ in January, but nevertheless, good for them.
They're back at it tonight against (don't call me Quintin)
       McCracken.
       Some footage of Butler ...

i continue to think we just need more bigs- i have my reasons-
so on that front, there are 2 questions.
what does our current roster look like for bigs? we've already
discussed that we need more Wight clones.
and the future? barely anyone even on the radar. of course, VC
isnt the absolute authority on who we are talking to, but it's
all we have, and it's certainly troubling.

Gorman and Nahar, from what I've seen, seem to be nearly
identical players. They seem to wander along the three point
line, with little presence inside on either side of the court.

Here’s footage of Butler. Game starts at 2:38:00. He’s number 3
       in black.
In other news, ESPN level production. What the heck?

No commitments to announce or anything.
Maybe you knew this – I didn't – but Jared Grasso is coaching
the national prep team over at the Knox School. They finished
27th in the country and seems to have a couple dudes. Christian
Smiley's an athletic 6-4/6-5 wing (highlights below) from
Amityville, and this kid Peter DaCruz is 6-7/6-8 PF from
Brooklyn. No idea on grades, interest, legitimacy or anything. I
didn't even know Knox had a program of this caliber. And didn't
       know Grasso was there.
And of course, if Geno's likely coaching for his job, I'm not
sure he's loading up on freshmen anyway. I just found it
       interesting.

This is more just general insight. Woj did a pretty
comprehensive interview on what his role as GM at St.
Bonaventure entails. It's a LOT. And to get kids to go to Olean,
NY, that'll take a lot too. Not a lot to it.
