Dempster being a bit banged up does not surprise me, he's been
getting 22 carries per game. It's a big workload for a tough
bruising back like him.

Completely agree.
You'd think if any game on the schedule had a shot at a sellout
this one would. Nova may have a good many fans/grads in the
local area so I'd expect a few of their fans/grads to add to
the crowd. (even more if it was basketball but that's another
story).
It is not a secret that many of our students and close to all of
our administration are quite apathetic regarding football
attendance. And that is an understatement. We'll see what sort
of a crowd shows up.

We have a train station so why don’t the powers to be at SBU
work out a deal with the LI Rail Road and put a package together
that includes the train tickets, ticket to the game and some
goodie’s from the concession stand

that's a good question and why are they having a tail gate party
in Ronkonkoma today instead of in the parking lot. they keep
shooting themselves in the foot.
