Heading down south to open up the CAA season against Campbell.
How good it feels to be 2-1!
Campbell had a solid win against top-25 ranked Western Carolina
in their home opened followed by a loss @ Rhody to open CAA
play.
I would love to get a win down there. But I have no idea what to
expect.

Need to play a lot better than they did against Fordham to get a
win here, but if they do win, it's time to get excited imo

This is the game where we find out what kind of team we have. If
they win, it means we are in the playoff hunt and should be very
excited, if they lose, it means that although this isn't a
playoff caliber team, there's still an opportunity to have a
positive season of progress.

The travel to Buies Creek feels uniquely haunted, because I
remember how badly our basketball teams played there this spring
in games we were favored by. So I hope the same doesn't happen
here, but there's something about it being a very tiny village
in the middle of nowhere that has been unsettling.

i feel bad for campbell's returner- sun right in his eyes and he
tried to overhead-catch a kickoff. we got the ball inside the

Broadcast says that Casey Case is out for the year with an
injury, fwiw.
And Marshall at 18 years old is the youngest starting QB in
program history. We really have never started a true freshman
before.
