Assuming they come back, we have Fitz, Snoddy, TO, and Frey
       returning.
Does anyone know how the other current scholarships work? Are
the other bench scholarships guaranteed to those players ongoing
or can we replace them with new scholarships? Is it a
       year-to-year renewal thing?

All time classic game we fought our asses off which I loved TSM
refused to go down without a fight great performance. Lost by 1
possession to a team I could see making a run in March if the
matchups fall their way. Congrats to Policelli had a sneaky 12-5
but was solid throughout the tournament wonder if anything is
different if he is on our side but I guess we’ll never know. We
have some offseason momentum to reboot this thing through the
       portal got good national exposure.

Space, Nahar, Frederick, and Muratorri should all be coming
back, plus I think SB has a 3-star recruit coming in next year
       (according to verbal commits).
Frey, TO, and Nahar would have to take big steps forward to
contribute as starters next year, but they all seem capable of
       doing so.

all scholarships are a one year promise; renewable at the
discretion of the staff. whether they make promises, well...

Man, I did not sleep well at all last night.
I keep rewatching the final possession and thinking about what
could have gone differently. I get that Clarke had scored the
last 5 points by that moment, and it looked like he was trying
to recreate the Drexel game-winner, but I just wish we drew up
literally anything else. Did Geno think our guys were too tired
to set a good screen? I was thinking either a TSM 3 or a pass
inside to Fitz, or I'd even take a drive inside by Clarke
instead of the midrange. Noll had a hook shot at 1:10 left that
also rimmed in and out, sadly.
Geno's presser at the end was interesting when he mentioned that
we had to hold onto our guys since I don't see any of them being
flight risks. Maybe someone tries to get Fitz's final year?
Clarke sprained his ACL during the Drexel game, probably when he
took that hard foul in OT. We have the 2nd-lowest basketball
budget in the CAA? How much NIL does Charleston even have
specifically, and how did they get it, because Geno's comparing
       it to Gonzaga.
Good to hear that there was a sizable fan turnout. You'd think
that moving it to UBS Arena would boost attendance, especially
for the Hofstra/Stony Brook matchups, but that would piss off
the southern schools too much since Washington's at least closer
to the geographical center of the CAA.

The post game press conference was definitely interesting. He
gave Heilbron credit for dramatically improving the financing of
the basketball program. He has faith in the young guys to step
up next year. He also sounded pretty confident getting high
caliber guys in the transfer portal.
But I'm concerned. TO only played 2 minutes in the final, and
barely saw any action this playoffs. What's the guarantee he
       stays?
Anyway he earned his contract extension up to this point and I
will give him the benefit of the doubt going forward.

good find accelerator- i agree. i particularly thought this was
       insightful:
[quote]“[Charleston’s] a great program,” Ford said. “They
deserved to win. The irony is, I thought we deserved to win too,
       but that’s just how it works… that’s a high-major operation
       they’ve got going.”

I don't know much about Geno Ford other than I always read of
him getting a lot of flak on here :D
But, his post game interview sounded like he's a coach who knows
his stuff, has a plan, etc. I guess that just means he says the
       right things publicly...who knows...
