I don't know if you can find out for sure, but my guess is
Danford's. That's where illinois stayed before the NIT game.

Ok, my thoughts on the game...
First off, Vermont was the better team for 30 minutes, and that
       was the difference.
The substitution pattern was standard Pikiell (ie, insane). 5
minutes into the game, and 4 starters were on the bench. I'm
not quite sure what the thinking was, but as we've discussed all
year, this has burned us in the past, and it'll burn us in the
       future.
I felt that the run at the end of the game was more of a "dead
cat bounce". The game was over right after halftime, Vermont
killed the clock in the last 10 minutes and basically shut their
own offense down to keep SBU from getting it together.
When your two top shooters combine for 6 of 28 shooting, you're
not going to win. Also, the SBU shooters looked completely
panicked. Quite a few times, I saw open shots if they catch and
shoot, but they hesitated and it took away the opening. As one
of the guys around me said, SBU looked completely unready for
       the moment.
Don't know why they kept Hayes on McGlynn for most of the game.
I would have thought Coley would be much better suited to that
       role.
End result, I think that SBU had a very good season, but was
beaten by a better prepared Vermont team. If SBU wants to make
it to the dance, they're going to have to figure out how to
score points. 43pts is flat out terrible, regardless of how
       good the opponent is.
I have a lot of respect for the SBU players and coaches.
They've brought SBU from the laughing-stock of the conference to
a perennial conference contender. But this is now the third
season in a row we're discussing what went wrong in the tourney.
Hindsight is 20-20, but when it's the same errors that have
been made all season, and an issue that has come up before, I
       start to question things.

We needed Jackson, Rouse and Hayes to come off the bench and
stretch the floor by hitting some threes. Vermont was doubling
down low immediately, and we couldn't capitalize and the
opportunities that presented. Rouse and Hayes have both
struggled from 3 all year and Vermont took Jackson out of the
game by subbing in the much larger Elbaum to D him up whenever
he was on the court. IMO, and I hate acting like I know more
about basketball or the players than Pikiell and his staff, but
I think they should have put Bracey in earlier. Bracey can
stretch the floor with his shooting and just score points in a
number of ways. Plus the fact that Becker probably spent next to
no time preparing for him, Bracey was our best shot at throwing
off what was a really solid game plan by UVM.
I really don't blame the coaches though. If Hayes were shooting
the ball the he had been at this time last year, I think we
would have blown UVM out today. I'm not putting this on Hayes
either, just trying to make a point that a lot of people could
have been better today. It's not Pikiell's the guys didn't hit
       the shots they needed to.

This is not to denigrate the seniors at all, but Ive been
thinking that they have had such an overwhelming presence this
season that next year might be totally liberating for a couple
of current players. Hayes and Bracey may be completely
different then we saw this year. Coach is going to continue to
play 10 guys regularly but maybe it won't feel like everyone is
waiting for Dougher or another of this years seniors to make
plays. We know Hayes was brilliant as a sophomore and
disappeared this year. Maybe wishful thinking on my part but I
think he and Bracey as seniors will really impress.

Bracey did have some minutes and didnt look bad yesterday. He
is big and wont get pushed around under the basket if he drives
. Interesting to see our freshmen class and will they live up
       their press clippings
