Last year we might've thought we'd take the rematch at our
place, after surprisingly winning at Matthews Arena to start the
conference slate, but NU got their payback. I do feel like we're
the better team, with a few more options on how to get it done
offensively, and maybe an answer for Doherty on the defensive
       end.
He's got a running mate that we didn't really account for last
time. It's been rare that somebody has gone from unlisted to the
#2 spot in the list of notables, but it's well deserved for
Woods, who flashed a bit in our game up in Boston. He's
certainly the second option, having scored 20 in their win at
Elon and 25 in a game at Towson that NU easily could have won.
They've been a strange team this year, with wins at home against
Hofstra and Towson, but then mysterious losses to the likes of
A&T and William & Mary, and a blowout at Monmouth. In our last
meeting, it really didn't feel like Northeastern had the
firepower to stay with us – not a ton of shooting, Doherty
relatively neutralized by our bigs, and no Sakota. Now we have
an emerging Woods, who's really athletic and built, and although
the three ball isn't a strength at this point, there's signs of
       it becoming one.
We have had trouble with athletic wings, which is why Troutman
seems to kill us – 16 in January, 20 in our second meeting, an
NU win at IFCU, last year. He and Woods are a nice duo for Coen
to work with next year, but they'll get hit hard by graduation,
specifically with Doherty moving. He's not only tops in scoring
and on the glass but tops in assists too. He has started to
attempt more threes, and I expect him to pull Fitz/Maidoh away
from the rim tomorrow. Sakota's another one who's worthy of our
attention. I reminds me of the kid El Darwich from Maine years
back. And now that I think of it, Doherty's a little like
       Fleming.
After this game, five of our next six are against teams ranked
300 or lower in the KenPom rankings, so it's a chance for us to
make up some ground and set ourselves up with a favorable first
round game. The conference is really wide open, as we're just a
game back of the FIVE seed, and only two back of the 4, this
after having faced the second-toughest conference slate to date.
So as upset as we've gotten over some of these losses, we're in
       a position to move up.
I'm really hoping that this is the start of something.

Saw that Sakota is also questionable on Twitter.
Noll's at 10.0 PPG now, when was the last time we had four
double-digit scorers on the team? Have we ever?

Geez. We are parking the bus. Snoddy sagging, guys going under
screens. Can’t say I disagree. Let ‘em shoot.

Northeastern looks absolutely hideous. Let them keep shooting
       it.

Wow, no Pridgen, no Sakota and no Doherty. They’re going to have
       a tough time.

       With Doherty a late-game scratch, if we don’t win by 15+, a
       morale defeat.

What an embarrassing first half effort. NU missing 3/5 of their
starters, and now we could easily lose this game. Geno, fresh
off his extension, providing zero motivation to his players.

14 points in the first 7.5 mins, 4 points in the next 10.
       Because of course.
Once Snoddy and Maidoh picked up 2 fouls our perfect zone
stopped working, so they got back into it without 3s.
We've got to stop taking the 2-on-1 layups off the fast break
and consider running offense off them instead. We're missing
       opportunities from our steals.
With how undermanned Northeastern is, no reason this shouldn't
be a blowout. We were trending that way early. TSM needs to see
       the ball more.

Fitz has his fourth foul now. Think I might stop watching soon,
this is going to get ugly.
The reffing in this game has been terrible.
