Seawolf97... do you mean prestige academic or athletic wise? Or
       both?

It was awhile ago maybe a year that he was rumored as going to
Minnesota. The Univ President is an SBU alum . But he didn't
budge. I think Minnesota is a better school than Rutgers
       prestige wise for sure.

dont forget, things wont be the same at RU for the foreseeable
future. that makes it even less attractive.

Chair. I think the fact they are going to the B1G makes them
more attractive than ever. They are going to be past the scandal
soon enough and at the end of the day they may be better off...
they had a chance to clean house without having to justify
anything thanks to the scandal. Start from scratch with a new
league and a new brand. Rutgers really hit the jackpot by
getting into the B1G... lucky motha$%^&... (lol)
the fact that rutgers never had a deserving athletic department
makes me even more jealous... but with that said I'll be
watching the day Rutgers plays Michigan... thats gonna be sick!

i meant more like the pressure, the scrutiny, the walking on
eggshells, bad publicity, the microscope. not to mention theyll
lose in most sports in the big ten. and im a rutgers fan.

Minnesota is just a better school academically with a stronger
athletic program . Add to that the recent scandal in Rutgers
basketball. The Scarlet Knights are in for an awakening in the
Big 10 in all sports. Have a feeling our guy stays on LI -
       lucky for us .

nevermind what i said yesterday. forget the clean start. rutgers
started out wrong again by lying about their new coach degree
       from rutgers

I think our AD stays put. Rutgers is turning into a train wreck
no one in their right mind would want to walk into that mess.
