       CAA ticket price landscape

       Here's what prompted this project:

/>Yes to this. Get the kids into the building, get them inspired
       ,
you know they'll scream their lungs out, they'll bring their
parents, they'll all buy food, etc. This to me is an easy one.
Note: I do not pay the bills. But if we're worried about
attendance, especially mid-week or during break, a youth price
       makes sense to me.
Attendance figures are for conference only so as not to be
skewed by a one-off non-con home date or, on the other hand, a
poor turnout against D-III opponents. Yes, I wander into rabbit
       holes.
       Some takeaways ...
       1. We're on the high end for seats at midcourt.
       2. There isn't necessarily a correlation between inexpensive and
       high attendance.
       3. There is a correlation between team success and high
       attendance.
       4. Nine of the 14 teams saw their attendance go down from
2017-18 to 2022-23, with our 24 percent decline among the more
       notable.
       5. Most affordable: Campbell. $15 max and kids are free in
       certain sections
       6. Least affordable: UNC Wilmington. $35 max, $23 to get in the
door if you're an adult BUT kids are less
       7. We're really one of very few teams that holds its Saturday
home games in the evening. I personally prefer that, and think
that crowds show up for it.

       great research checkie.
my opinion- hofstra is really our best litmus here.
and, the figures are very, very close. the real difference is
student body, cost of tuition, etc.

Nice job but you know that the attendance numbers sbu puts out
are inflated a lot. there have not been more than 600 people at
a basketball game this year and everyone who has gone myself
       included will tell you that.
on their website it says Rob Emmerich is in charge of everything
you mention here you should send your suggestion to him because
what he is doing isnt working. when our daughter was an athlete
at sb he never said hi to us not even once.
From their website. Rob Emmerich is in his 25th year as an
administrator on the Stony Brook Athletics staff and currently
serves as the Deputy Director of Athletics. He oversees all
marketing, ticketing, corporate sales, fundraising and
communications efforts and is responsible for the implementation
of Stony Brook Athletics' strategic marketing plan.
