Quite something to be down only five despite shooting 4 for 23.
No assists in the 16 minutes is indicative of the play.

Even more incredible that we have the halftime lead after that
dismal shooting and getting outplayed overall. Hopefully, a good
omen.

One of the first times I can remember us winning the final 4
minutes of the first half.
Our defensive intensity has been great, those steals at the end
were much needed and helped us flip the script. We're going to
need to beat them from outside. Northeastern's interior D is
just too much right now, they've made even getting the bunnies
so difficult.

The pre-game and halftime shows are a nice touch. Wish there was
a way to get the CBSSN games without Flo, hearing Roy Hibbert
and Wally Szerbiak talk about Stony Brook is pretty cool.

Treaded water for 16 minutes and finally knocked down a few
shots. Quiet half from TSM. He and Clarke might have to bring us
home in this one.

Haha no worries, I figured it was just a mistap. Pretty easy to
do especially on mobile.
Really needed that corner 3 from TSM right now. Up by 8. Hope
that Noll is doing okay after the hit he took, he was holding
his injured knee.

Geez, we’re really rolling now. I feel like it’s like a fight
when you go about things more freely knowing the other guy
doesn’t have the punching power to hurt you. Northeastern just
doesn’t seem like a team that can go on these big runs. We’ll
see though. We’ve been in front before.

Nice win out of the gate! Great 2nd half with TSM and Fitz
leading the way. Really impressed with our team defense the
entire game. Great national exposure tn. Feel free to mark this
post as “dumb”.
P.S. Even though he didn’t play well, glad to see that Noll is
OK.
